Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:

  • Items on sale

Returns, exchanges and cancellations:

Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the shop about the refund process. The shop will work you to resolve the issue. Items must be shipped back and returned to the shop in its entirety, then refunds will be processed. Items shipped back to the shop will be at the expense of the customer. 

If an order needs to be cancelled, contact the shop no later than 24 hours after purchase.

Items purchased through stockists locations can only be exchanged or returned through the original place of purchase. â€‹

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All packages are shipped first-class mail with USPS. When your package is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. Once your package is marked delivered, any lost or stolen items will be the customers responsibility.

CLEANING/CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Every GEM Soul piece is handcrafted using a variety of natural materials. There may be some variations within materials. To keep your handmade jewelry looking beautiful, avoid wearing your pieces while exercising, swimming & cleaning. Contact with cleaning products, water, perfume or other body products may result in discoloring or oxidizing. For the best care, polish jewelry after every wear for a long lasting shine. When not being worn, protect all pieces in a jewelry pouch or box.
